    That sounds delicious. Thank You Puttuji for so lovingly sending a salad recipe our way. I know that raw vegetables are much more healthy and wholesome than the processed food that’s packaged more attractively. But, this recipe looks great…I’m going to try it out.
    Our health depends on what we eat on a daily basis. A healthy nutritious diet ensures long term health benefits and helps us age gracefully too.
    What would a mother do when you go to wish her for her birthday? She feeds you. This message reminds me of the same, with Puttuji feeding us a healthy veg salad on the birthday. Pranams at the Holy Lotus Feet.
