    Jaya Guru Datta. This vyayama is indeed very relaxing. I didn’t know the power of these simple and easy exercises until I began doing them. Consistent practice works like magic in promoting good health and keeping the mind and body active all day. Cannot be grateful enough to Sri Swamji for teaching us Datta Kriya Yoga and bringing them to us in so many different ways – classes, books, booklets, DVDs, conferences, MMS etc.
