  1. “Thirugi thirugi” we go round and round in circles.. wasting this life as we travel on its rough and thorny path, from our womb to our tomb. That thorny path of ignorance takes us through desire, and attachment “bandha”.. draining away all our energy. But the scene is different for those of us who have.. ‘Guruvanna nodidevu’.. ‘spotted our Sadguru’ on this planet. He drives down from the source of all creation – OM – to take us towards God realization. That smooth highway of devotion, takes us through Nama Sankeertana, Kriya Yoga, Nandana MMS, Shatasloki Ramayana and many such experiences.. all designed to remove ignorance, and liberate us from the moha of the senses. We are fortunate our Gurudeva has chosen us to be on His bus. We only have to take the ego attachment baggage off our shoulders, and enjoy the ride. “Karunaya thori kaapaadu guruve bhavabhayahara guruve”-Dear Gurudeva, Show us your mercy, protect us and destroy our fear of rebirth. Jaya Guru Datta.

Jaya Guru Datta, Swamiji! It’s been nearly 25 years since You first came into this life and in all those years, You have always worked only for my good and my growth. Even my own mother was not such a true advocate for me as You have been….those around me often wonder why I think I need a Guru…I can’t imagine my life without You…no one else has ever cared as much, guided me as wisely or helped me find as truly who I really am….Sri Guru Datta!

JGD Appaji. Very sweet MMS. You riding the buggy and stopping over, feels like the captain of the train has stopped by to take us on in this journey. Very very apt to the message and the bhajn too is too good.
Really, amongst so many millions of flora and fauna, only a chosen few have spotted Gurudeva (or did He spot us because we are all ready for upliftment, as stated in earlier MMS?). And for what? to travel with Him towards liberation and in this journey we are all discovering the Absolute Truth. What are means? Very very easy means: song and dance, prayer and concentration, some exercise and loads of videos on vimeo. What are the pre-requisites? Let go of EGO and ATTACHMENT. What goes onboard? Only holding on to Gurudeva without looking back 🙂
Abhayapradaya indeed!! After seeing this MMS, I immediately imagine Appaji’s Abhaya Hastham.
Only Gurudeva can give us Abhayam. Bang on invocation 🙂

Jaya Guru Datta, Sweetest Sadgurudeva! This is the cutest of all the MMS videos so far. I am definitely one of those despondent and woebegone hitchhikers that our most compassionate Sadgurudeva has picked up and is giving the most enjoyable joy ride on his little electric scooter taking me directly towards God on this smooth and wonderfully scenic highway up in the clouds, with no speed limits.
The first surprise was that he found me, lying by the wayside; that he actually came looking for me, traveling thousands of miles from God above. I was in tattered rags rolling by the side of the thorny path, travel-weary and disheveled. I had lost all hope of survival. I had no way of taking even one step further because I had totally lost my sense of direction. Appaji paid no attention to my wrecked condition or the stink that I had gathered from many lifetimes. Lovingly he placed me on the seat behind him. He is taking me on a road that previously was totally unfamiliar to me. We headed away from everything that I had ever been involved with: Cities, banks, high rise buildings, fast lane traffic, stock market, movie theaters, clubs, investments, real estate, clubs, cars, parties, shopping malls, jewelry stores, sports events, beauty parlors, power struggles, gossip sessions, trashy novels, cruises and gyms. He also took me away from unethical and non-devout friends and relatives. He took me away from possessive, unhealthy attachments and worldly temptations. We continue to speed away smoothly climbing higher and higher. All I see around me now are glorious mantras, bhajans, MMS videos, Puttu Gam posts on facebook and email, yogasangeeta live webcasts of superb music, dance, yoga, and lectures, Shatashloki Ramayana, homas, pujas, Kriya Yoga, Healing Music concerts, music therapy sessions, and spiritual discourses. This journey itself is so divine, that I am not even concerned any more now about reaching our destination. Swamiji is my God and I am already with Him! Sri Guru Datta

Whart I should say to this video? It is siply the truth! Just some minutes before I had already an experience: I am in a situation which is not always easy. But I find step by step the way. Suddenly I feel very strong the energies of Swamiji, then I hear and look in me very concentrated. At this moment Swamiji is showing me new aspects from the situation which is helping me to go the next step in the right direction. There is no detour, it goes directly in the right direction. It is always like this: when I need help, Swamiji is here and show me what I must know for a good solution. What I should do without my Guru?

    Jai Guru Datta,
what a joifull highway and travel, indeed. Instead of running around mad in a mad world we can follow a perfectly sane guide and over the years eventually become less mad or even sane, too. This is a gift so immesurably great, there aren´t enough words in the world to describe it or to praise it. I bow down with awe to such a guru and guide as Sri Swamiji and hope that this gesture contains all that words will fail to express.

what makes at end of the path, does it begin again or put an end towards our existance first of all what’s life and what’s living that makes it worthy because success seems to have more recognition in today’s life style than goodness and simplicity which is pushed beyond. kindly clarify

  2. JGD. With prostrations and profuse thanks to Sri Sadguru for including me on the journey ” Highway to Heaven”

    Jaya Guru Datta,
YES !!!! That’s the way it it is! Thank YOU so much for picking me up and showing me the right (high-)way! Let me follow YOU – on speedy highways, little side paths, rocky montain trails, silent walks in the forest, walks on sandy beaches, tracking the Himalaya – whatever path YOU choose for me, it will be the right one! Let me simply always follow YOU. Humble Pranams.

JGD.Great teachers show what they preach, My Guru is one.It is easy to preach than prctice. Many people who are tired in making a journey on such difficult path because they have no proper guiding beacon, were guided to a organised way of sadhana for realisation of God.Many may not have seen the God they are After but met a Guru, greater and bigger than the God.He is always in a state of bliss, for guiding the wayward children to right path, He is Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji.

What a beautiful MMS today… powerful message, soothing music / bhajan and awesome imagery… We all should get ready and hop onto Appaji’s bike as He knows where to take us. Appaji’s bike is not an ordinary bike that can handle just two or three riders… it is a ‘Pushpaka Vimana’ and will never run out of space no matter how many devotees get behind Appaji…

Thank you Appaji for taking us towards God on a smooth and speedy highway !!

I have often felt that before Appaji came into my life that I was walking in the hot sun , lost and exhausted. Appaji felt sorry and picked me up. Now I have made so much spiritual progress that was impossible before. Sometimes even now I waver and small doubts creep in this monkey mind. Quick as can be Appaji comes and reassures me and I am back on track. Such true love and compassion can only be divine! Let us make every effort to be worthy disciples of our Datta Sadgurudeva. Jaya guru Datta. Om namo Hanumate namaha.

I do know Swamiji has been watching me my whole life, but I was not able to understand then. After He made me understand he is showering on me blessings and showing me a path that is smooth and rosy. I was so confused He has cleared me of all those things. Sometimes I do cry like a baby even after I know my Mother is taking me in the correct direction. He does not mind that and continues to be patient and guides me towards the right path. Bless me to be patient for the entire ride.

    Jaya Guru Datta!
Once i was waking along a rail road. After a while a big tunnel came. i thought if this is now my way i will enter even if i do not at all like to be in long tunnels. It got darker and darker and no end was to see. i thought ok thats my way lets follow. After a while i heart the sound and then saw the three lights of a big train approaching very fast. To my utmost surprise the gigantic engine of this fast speed train stopped right next to me. In the roof of the engine a little round window swung open and i saw the face of Sri Swamiji smiling: come up! i noticed that next to me a little ladder led to the upper part of the engine. i climbed the steps until i reached the top and entered feet first the little window. i found myself in the cockpit of the huge engine and Sri Swamiji sitting in the comfortable commando chair with a steaming cappuccino in his hand. i felt the enjoyable smell of good coffee. “Would you like to have a cappuccino?” was his first question. “Yes, if you like” was my answer still full in astonishment. That time i liked cappuccino very much. He looked around for the coffee and replied: “Oh sorry, that was the last one”. He turned around in the nice commando chair until He was facing with His back to the front window, through which i could see the rails in the light of the engine. Next to His left hand was a huge lever. He took hold of it and pulled it down to the lowest position. There was a huge acceleration taking place which pressed me heavily into my seat. i thought: He knows certainly what He is doing, going with highest speed without looking out of the window! Though i looked out of the window. i noticed after some time that we reached the end of the tunnel. In the distant i saw a big advertisement advertising my next big talk i had to give in Shanghai.
Knowing that i am in His engine i felt so secure and safe while leading my life further on!

    Jaya Guru Datta !!

Wonderful MMS and “Karunaya thori kaapaadu guruve bhavabhayahara guruve” keep playing in mind.
Complete surrender to Gurudeva and following his words are the only way to escape Samsara. The worldy maya is like quick-sand. It will keep sinking you without you realizing until it is too late. Greed generates greed and confusion and desire create more confusion and desire.

I am reminded of Sadgurudeva’s bhajan
You are my ferry man, help me cross the ocean
Clean the dirt of heart and mind, Oh Divine master

We just need to follow the path Sadgurudeva takes us. Aappaji takes multiple smooth routes including the electronic super speed highway. In that process we will lose our ego and successfully reach our destination.

Follow the master,Face the devil,Finish the game.
Sri Guru Datta Hauman Ki Jai !! Om Namo Hanumathe Namaha!!

How sweet of you to come all the way down from God, just to take me back with you to where I truly belong! Now that you have come and have placed me on your vehicle, I do not even remember the struggles that I had gone through in this world of thorns before your arrival into my life. You have made me forget all the pain, confusion, misery, and doubts. I really feel like I am up in the clouds, floating away into bliss. I love this very novel presentation. The song is very beautiful and lilting. Appaji, you look very cute riding your little scooter. Your smile totally steals my heart. Jaya Guru Datta

    Highway to liberation – 15/09/12

‘Guru’ is one who helps and guides in all situations of life towards God in the best possible path. Every person has his own style of approach because no two people think alike. Guidelines from Guru seems very small and simple, but they help us to handle many difficult and unnecessary circumstances of life. It’s my experience with my Guru Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji that following Guru’s instructions makes life less complicated and association with Him increases belief and devotion on God. I always remember the saying by Sri Swamiji “Follow the master, face the evil and finish the game”…. Thank You Sri Swamiji for being in my life to guide and help me.

Jaya Guru Hanuman, He who shows us the purpose of life is Guru. Without Guru life will be like a person lost in a jungle surrounded by cruel animals like wealth, lust, name & fame, anger, greed, jealousy, pride, attachment etc. It is only Guru who can bless us with ‘fearlessness’ and take us through the jungle safely to the final treasure (Sachchidananda). i found an old journal that i kept about 10 or 12 years ago when i was in the thick of some thorny karma. You were with me during those difficult days and You have led me to the open fields. i never expected to be set free of that hopelessness and depression so quickly… i knew You could do it but i didn’t think that i necessarily deserved to be free of it so quickly and honestly… i wasn’t sure You found this soul to be worth pulling up so fast. i didn’t think You had the time… i knew/know how busy Appaji is… even with His million arms and eyes. You made the time for this silly dunder-head. You pulled me from my thorny karma and plopped me into Your boat which You apparently now pull with a motor scooter. Thank You from the bottom-most core of my heart, Appaji. You saved my life and my soul. Jai Guru Datta.

    Highway to liberation ~ 15 sep 2012

Namaste Puttuji, beautiful video picturing that Sadguru coming from His state of eternal bliss to our state to take us with Him. Well shown in a video, door in the clouds, state of Saguru coming down and riding back to us and going out  of the road at the end to reach us who have no direction struggling in a thorny path. To teach our cunning brains, Sadguru also should come to our level and learn cunningness to catch hold and pull us out of it. Thorny road with no direction is nothing but we are indulged in ego, jealous etc hurting others, trying to overtake others, beating around the bush thinking that this itself is a state of bliss like a frog in a pond and hence Sadguru is a must to show us that we are in a pitiable state and there is a higher state where there is nothing but peace. Namaste Puttuji.

    Highway to Liberation ~ 15 Sept 2012

Our journey of life is hard and treacherous. As the quote says it rough and thorny. We all are bound by our own worries and miseries. Half of our lives passes away in trying to correct these problems. We worry about so many things in life that we forget to realize why and what we are here for. But, all these are external, they end when we all die one day. The actual journey we are talking about is the internal journey. This internal road is filled thorns of ego, pot-holes of jealously, sudden speed-breakers of anger etc. No wonder this is the toughest journey of our lives. Whenever we are helpless and lost in life, we try to find ways to get over them. In such a situation the surest way to over-come this is to come in contact with Sadguru.

Sadguru knows all the routes in this creation. HE knows which route is best for us and accordingly HE guides us. Whichever route HE takes us will be smooth and safe. HIS route is free from thorns, pot-holes, speed-breakers etc. Only thing we need to do is to trust HIM, surrender completely and follow HIS divine guidance. Only then will we reach our final destination, Liberation!

I beg pujya Sadgurudeva to bless us and take us all in the route to liberation. Jaya Guru Datta!

  3. Jai Guru Datta, we are very fortunate that you have come in our life and have given us the opportunity to be on your bus. Koti Koti Pranam for smoothing my hurdles and guiding me towards light. I stumble often but I get up because your divine smile is like an unseen hand stretching towards me and encouraging me
