  1. Nature is perfect. The earth always completes a trip around the sun in 365.25 days. The sky, lakes, mountains & woods are perfect. Neither stressed, nor relaxed.. they’re what they are.. Perfect.. because they just live their dharma, not worrying about what others think of them
Surgeons are discouraged from operating on their kin. Judges decline sitting in judgement of cases involving their friends & relatives. Corporations avoid having husband & wife work in the same team. A teacher doesn’t sit in evaluation of her children.. may not even have them in her class
MMS 87 said – Desire deludes the mind & despondency dries it up. At the root of desire & despondency is self-interest. That’s why Ganesha rides the mouse – symbolizing control over ego, desire.
    Pranams Gurudeva!
We’re ever so grateful to you for highlighting the big barrier to perfection.. selfishness. We’ll never allow our EGO to Edge our Greatness Out. Jaya Guru Datta. Your Puttuji

    Jai Guru Datta,
it´s interesting to ponder about this sentence. First – what is perfection? Perfection in form we can see within geometrie or maths, wich is entirely impersonal, so it works without any selfinterest of the user.
We also see perfection within supreme art: a perfect balance between spirit and matter – the ego has no place within this play – it´s too small. The ego isn´t fit to be in controll of the external lwas of the subject as well as being creative and unexpected, wich is a hallmark of supreme art. The ego must surrender to both: the laws of the art, including the physical necessities of the art and the spirit wich whants to express itself and wich makes art meaningfull. The matter of performing the art is simply too complex to be controlled by ego-means and also selfish means is just a hinderance of the process of creation. The ego might try and claim the outcome of the creative process for itself, but this is actually a trap.
We can see perfection in a perfect soul like Sri Swamiji where the selflessness is most obvious. Swamiji is the greatest perfect soul I know, because He is just love and love just flows in and out of Him. Where is selfishness in there? – Nowhere. Sefishness is self-centerdness, wich is limited to that on wich it is centered. Perfection is unlimited.
    Sri Guru Datta.

    Jaya Guru Datta,
may I have self-control and develop by letting go my ideas about how things should be and my selfishness. I feel blessed to have You as my compass, so I will never get lost.
I love you with all my heart. Thank you for everything.
    Sri Guru Datta

  3. JGD.Selfishness and perfection are at extreme ends.Perfection leads to pureliness while selfishness leads to ugliness, ego.possessiveness ans like.Hence warding off selfishness may lead one to prfection,as Our APPAJI pointed out in this message for us.SGD.

Selfishness has the power to ruin all good qualities in us, in such a case where is the chance of perfection! Perfection needs flawless nature and work. Absolutely true, with selfishness perfection is never possible. May lord bless us all to be devoid of selfishness and achieve perfectness.

Sri Swamiji shows Divine perfection in all what He is doing. We can learn by His Divinity which has no place for ego.

Jaya Guru Datta! When we are trying to be perfect, we are focusing only on our selves. But real happiness, as Swamiji has continually taught us, lies in service and when we share with others. These messages give us so many new ways to look at things. Sri Guru Datta!

According to me, today’s MMS is more or less connected MMS 22, 60 and 87. All these are connected with mainly Ego, and Desire. Therefore today , Appaji has further refined these MMS again. The photography is very apt for this MSG. This is because the mountain, lake, sky and tree are the creation in the nature and they just exist and not worried about any thing or any body. That shows their perfection. At the sametime, if a person says that he is perfect in everything which means it shows his ego and indirectly his selfishness. This is because no body can be hundred percent perfect in his life. That is why if we follow a spiritual path through the Sadguru , to a great extent we reduce our ego, unwanted desires in our life and lead to perfectness. Here I even remember Appaji’s words saying that when you pray to God don’t demand anything and request Him to take away our ego from our life and to give balance of mind to face any bad karmas also in our life. This is because the mind has got an important role in our life. If we are able to control our mind to a great extend we will be relieved from unwanted desire and ego. But it is not so easy to do like that unless we practice the same through spiritual path for which we need the help of our Sadguru . Therefore if we follow our Sadgu’s words and teachings strictly , we can avoid our selfishness and can be perfect to a maximum in our life. The Bhajan in raga Hamsanandi , which itself gives a soothing effect and our mind will get calm and indirectly it will help to reduce our ego and desire also. Thank you Appaji to remind us from time to time. JGD .

Jaya Guru Datta! As we can see in the video, Nature is beautiful and perfect – because it has no selfishness. Likewise, Sadgurudeva is perfect. Appaji, please take away my ego which is afraid of not doing something perfectly… and which is afraid of not being loved when doing mistakes. Please bless me specifically when doing seva to You. Sri Guru Datta!

As Sri Swamiji told us so often and Puttuji describes it so beautifully : nature is perfect. How true is this !
On atom level everything is ok and perfect.
But on mind level, we are circling around ourselves, full of desire and anxiety. Why?
We have fear of death, fear of loss etc, why does a small atom not have this?
Why is it just behaving perfectly, doing its duty for the welfare of all and everything?
Because it does not have a mind. Why do we have a mind?
Let`s say, we all are small atoms, compared with the huge universe. Why don`t we behave properly?
It`s a great miracle to me.
In many Western fairytales there is one main figure, called the “simpleton” or “good for nothing”.
He is supposed to be very stupid, but … he is the one who inherits the kingdom, succeeds to marry
the pretty princess etc. Why? Because he has a good heart, loves nature, likes to help others and
is without malice and greed. On the contrary, he/she is selfless and without ego.
Then help comes, from all the nature spirits, from angels and other well meaning spirits.
    That`s a law of nature.
Why don`t we realize? Because we are impressed the wrong way.

Now, Sri Swamiji offers us a new imprint. How lucky we are …….. if we try and train …..

    Jai Guru Datta Appaji_/\_!!

Sri Swamiji says: Follow The Master (Asram– A Yoga land):

We can attain perfection through reaching Ajnacakra, when we conquer desire with the help of the mastery of Lambikā Yoga. If a person is careless, and if he falls down from Ājñācakra he will be devoured by the demon of desire. We have to accumulate the vitality and concentrate the power in Ājñācakra. The mark worn on the forehead is the representation of covering and protecting the power concentrated in the Ājñācakra.
True examples are Hanuman & Appaji. When Hanuman was entrusted with the job of finding Sita, He didn’t raise doubts & selfish thoughts, though never seen Sita Ma before. Using His intellect and strength, with a pure heart and mind, seva bhakti without selfish motive He managed to find Sita Mata perfectly.

We will follow Our Master!! Datta Kriya yoga ki Jai !! Sri Karya Siddhi Hanuman ki Jai !!

    JGD Appaji
The entire creation was created to follow a set pattern selflessly and truthfully. Humans have been bestowed with the mind to selflessly help others. That is our perfect nature..to let go of our single-mindedness to realize our true self. Being involved with Appaji constantly, practicing seva helps us start our journey towards our own perfection.
