In recent years, I’ve been fortunate to better understand the importance and benefits of Surya Namaskar. Thanks to Datta Kriya Yoga. Learning about the subtle aspects/benefits of these postures through these messages is great. I recall Swamiji stressing the importance of Sun Salutations in the past. Swamiji instructed that everyone do Sun Salutations.
The sun salutations are very easy to get a hang of, but have the benefit of a full body workout. Thank You Swamiji for teaching us ways to keep ourselves healthy mentally and physically.

comming to navaratri 2015 I want to learn more about kriya yoga, this video is wonderful, but I am not really good enough to use all the internet opsion you Swamiji is given us
