  1. Seeds sown in the soil grow into plants. The plants then produce flowers that bloom, in time. There is no shortcut to produce flowers in a crucible.
    Wisdom is the inner flowering of knowledge. For that flowering to happen, knowledge must have been sown in the hard bed of experience. Knowledge when diligently & repeatedly applied in daily life, transforms to wisdom. No shortcuts. Wisdom is not available off the shelf for a price
    Ramayana is a great source of knowledge. Unless one has a craving for that knowledge, one hasn’t taken the first step to get wise. Hanuman is a great example of how one can apply his knowledge to become wise
    Pranams Sathguru!
    You are very eager to see us acquire wisdom. That’s why you blessed us with the Shatasloki Ramayana. We will repeatedly listen to it, and internalise its principles. We will practice those principles in our daily life. In doing so, we will become wise, and do you proud
    Jaya Guru Datta! Your Puttuji

    Beautiful song with vibrant voice of Sri Swamiji. True, without intense craving nothing is possible. Constant and persistent craving is necessary to gain wisdom. May lord bless us all with wisdom.

    Jaya Guru Datta Appaji – another power-packed MMS today. In addition to Puttuji’s wise commentary, this reminds me of the Dhruva story in Appaji’s narration. The invocation of Lord Hanuman also reminds of the thirst he displayed and the effort he has put in by traveling continuously with Lord Surya – an example that talks about the essence of this MMS. When there is intense craving the Guru also travels Himself to the seeker to sow that seeds of knowledge, which is the case of Dhruva. Thanks a lot Appaji for a great message.

    Knowledge has always a strong attraction, because you would like understand life. The science of life is mystical. You don’t know how it is started thinking from your own mind. By experience what comes from a deeper level what is free from time a space you cannot understand, but experience something. Swami Ji gives a lot inspiration

    A very nice MMS , Appaji has given today which has got a deep inner meaning. Here according to me how a teacher gives knowledge to a student stage by stage, shape him properly and finally shows the way to his prosperity, similarly a Sadguru gives us the knowledge in the spiritual path stage by stage and at the sametime we should have the eager to acquire more and more knowledge in that path. Through this knowledge one can gain the wisdom also which is what we really needed in this Kaliyuga . In otherwords such kind of knowledge obtained through spiritual path only guide us to move in the right path, to take timely decision through our wisdom gained in our life. Therefore we are so fortunate to get our Sadguru in this Kaliyuga to give such kind of wisdom through the spiritual knowledge and that is only permanent till our life. Puttuji , you have given a nice explanation also about the plants. From this we should learn that there is no short cut to get knowledge in spiritual path and we have to get stage by stage only and at the same time we should have the eager also to get the same. The photography is very apt for this MSG since Lord Hanuman has taken Rama as His Guru and acquired more and more knowledge by which He gained wisdom and used the same properly and timely which we can learn from Ramayana. That is why Appaji in His Bhajan — Aruna Kirana Teja Maruthi has indicated the important role of Hanuman in Ramayana. The Bhajan in this MMS is also very apt for this since it is also about Lord Hanuman only. Therefore Appaji we got your concept and follow you to get more and more knowledge in the spiritual path since we are always a student in this field till our life and plead you to guide us in the right path and also to be wise. JGD.

    One has to observe and take the example of kids who are inquisitive to know about their surroundings asking all “W” questions, and at times trying to find answers by themselves with touch and taste. Kids have a strong inner urge and curiosity to know and this nature dilutes as they grow. It is the inner urge of human to know the secrets and intricacies of nature that laid the foundations for Science. Knowledge is power and a person endowed with knowledge acquires position, success and power with a judicious application of it called wisdom. Knowledge frees the mind from non sensical ideas and superstitions. With wisdom one can overcome weakness, faults and can face the difficulties with courage and confidence. Fortunate we are to have Sadguru Sriswamiji as our master who is educating us with simple messages that quell our ignorance and bring tranquility to mind. Pranams Swamiji.

    Jaya Guru Datta Appaji_ /\_!!
    Millions of humble prostrations to the lotus feet of Our Dattavatara Sathgurudeva _/\_!!

    Buddhirbalam yasho dhairyam nirbhayatva marogataa
    Ajaadyam vaakpatutavancha Hanumat smaranaat bhavet.

    We pray to Sri Swamiji to preside over our grey matter and always keep the thirst for true knowledge unquenched. We also pray to Sri Swamiji to give us encounters to those positive experiences that allow us to mature our knowledge into wisdom. Pujya Sri Swamiji is revealing to us the inner mathematics of the Universe.
    Represented another way
    Knowledge = f(thirst, Guru Kripa)
    Wisdom = g(Knowledge, Experience)
    Experience = h(Guru Kripa)
    Guru Kripa = k(Guru Bhakti, Patience)
    So in essence, Sri Swamiji is teaching us to have the good desire for true knowledge, steadfast surrender to Sadguru (Guru Bhakti), and exhibit faith in Him through showing patience. Pujya Sadgurudeva will take care of the rest. Sadgurudeva thank you for opening our eyes and showing us the magic formula to get by life!! We are ever grateful. Upon close examination we realize that the functions ‘f’, ‘g’, ‘h’, and ‘k’ are not linear or identical for all. Sri Swamiji, You modify these functions in such a manner so as to dissipate each of our Karmas. Appaji, Your leelas are limitless and your mercy unbounded. You are Mathematics, You are Physics, You are the Mind – Your actions transcend time and dimensions.
    Sadgurudeva, I humbly beg You for Knowledg
    e and wisdom.
    Sri Guru Datta !! Om Namo Hanumathe Namaha !!

    Jaya Guru Datta! The MMS on Feb 25th said that if you beg for guidance from the Guru, your prayer will be answered. The Guru is ready to give us knowledge. But, to gain that knowledge we need to be ready. The mother bird is anxious to teach her little ones to fly. The mother will push them, teach them, but the birds need to try, struggle, fall, fail, but keep trying to eventually fly away, just as we need to keep trying to gain knowledge that will help us fly above the attachments. I gather from this message that While prayers, worships, satsangs, charity etc are great for our purity and peace of mind, it is the passion for the pursuit of truth that sets apart the real spiritual aspirants from the rest of the crowd. Our sense organs are always luring our mind towards material attachments, so it will take restraint and discipline to even develop the craving for real knowledge. Obeisances at the Holy Lotus Feet!

    My beloved SADGURU, in our school system we don’t learn to develop this intense interest that makes us crave for knowledge. There are many reasons, why we stick on the surface, what means we don’t become wise.
    Thank YOU, my GURU, YOU motivate us with such strong efforts to develop our questions and to search for the answer. With this hunger we start craving for knowledge.

    If we really start craving and asking for stuff..I am sure it will be a big list of things before it comes to knowledge..in Appaji’s presence we forget to ask for anything in that list..everything seems unimportant then.. the happiness we experience then, maybe that is knowledge. When He is with us, no need to ask anything..He will bestow, we need to accept everything happily and selflessly.
