  1. {Bliss : Ecstasy, Delight}
Taittiriya Upanishad simplified for our benefit. Shankaranthi prasadam!
True nature of the Soul is bliss. That being so, why do we experience grief, sorrow, pain, happiness? How do these feelings enter our bosom? Introspection reveals we allow these feelings in, when we identify ourselves with our possessions, our body & mind.. our lower nature.
    Shankaranthi Pranams, Suryaswaroopa Sathgurudeva!
You’re triggering introspection about our real nature. You’re initiating a powerful thought process, on this auspicious day: Are we spiritual beings who are in for a human experience? Or, are we human beings searching for a spiritual experience? Ideal for meditation.
You’re Maheshwara, washing away our ignorance in the flow of divine knowledge (Ganges) emanating from your Highness. This Pongal, let us experience that upsurge, that rising feeling in our meditation, as we submit to selfless seva at your lotus feet. Jaya Guru Datta. Your Puttuji

  2. Millions of Happy Sankranti Pranams to the Lotus Feet of Parama Pujya Sadgurudeva !!

We have forgotten our true nature. So we must learn about it. I think we should also learn to feel, that bliss is the real nature of the soeul. For me it is difficult, because I see always all things which are wrong in my life. I must learn to see more the positiv aspects.

Jai Guru Datta Appaji – Happy Sankranthi.

Taittiriya Upanishad helps us understand that we need to travel inward and conquer each of the 5 sheaths of existence (Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya, Vignanamaya and Anandamaya) to experience our true nature: Bliss.

We aspire to always stay in your path of Light, so we progress in our Spiritual Journey towards your True form in Vaikunta. These amazing MMS masterpieces are guiding us to stay focused in this pursuit.

Oh Suryaswarupa Gurudeva – Please give us the strength and steadfastness so our vacillating minds never to stray from the Radiant path that leads us to Bliss. Sri Guru Datta

Jaya Guru Datta Appaji. On this very special spiritual occasion of Makara Sankranthi, we see this very valuable MMS. Thanks a lot Appaji. This is the essence of many upanishands and particularly reinforcing the testament that ‘you only are close to you and not anything else’ – that will ensure the bliss, the true nature of Atman to be established without a doubt.

    • on January 14, 2013 at 3:53 pm

    Jaya Guru Datta
    Happy Makara Sankranti to all!
On these winter days in Germany we are looking for the sun. Since we miss the warm sun rays it becomes clear how important the sun is for us. However, we know that behind the clouds the sun is shining. We just can not see.
Similar the Divine bliss has to conquer thick soul clouds. Sri Swamiji is purifying us step for step so that we can welcome our true nature, the Divine bliss.
Pranams to the Divine Lotus Feet of Sri Swamiji.

Jai Guru Datta and Happy Pongal Vazhthukkal Appaji _/\_/\_!! இனிய பொங்கல் நல்வாழ்த்துக்கள் Puttuji_/\_/\_!!
Happy B’Day to Our Beloved Pujya Sri Bala Swamiji _/\_/\_!!

Happy Pongal pranams to the lotus feet of Our Suryaswaroopa
    Sathgurudeva !!

Sathguru is our Silent teacher, from whom the ‘vibrations’ of Silence (in the form of music ) arise and spread like waves of bliss (Ananda). His expression is that Ananda (Joy). By living in Joy, one lives in Him. Therefore, be Joyful (Thankful) that we have our Joy “daily bread”. Not the false joy of intoxication (our possessions, body and mind ) but the joy of awareness of Him (gratitude), the living One, from whom we have come. The purpose of our life is to celebrate Him who lives within us. The realization of life is to know that we live ‘within’ Him.
Meditating on, Our Hydayesvara Mahesvara, Sadgurudeva to give us the strength to walk on the utmost righteous way of life as we submit to selfless seva at His Holy Feet.

Sri Guru Datta !! Om Namo Hanumathe Namaha !!

According to me on this Shankaranthy day, Appaji has given a good advice through this MMS , which has got a deep inner meaning also. The existence of our life is controlled by our breathing through our heart. Therefore our heart has got an important role in our life. Through this MMS , Appaji says perfect happiness is the souls true nature. But it is in our hand only and we are responsible to keep this in such a way. In this kaiyuga everybody is very busy in involving worldly pleasures and thereby we ourself creat tension, stress etc in our life. Due to this our heart beating will also vary and it will affect our health. Here I recollect MMS 17 wherein , Appaji says happiness leads to peace of mind and peace of mind leads to concentration. Here again our mind has also got an important role in our life. If we are able to create peace of mind in our life, naturally our heart will also function in the normal way and thereby we will get perfect happiness , which is the soul’s true nature ultimately. But to get peace of mind and to control the same , we have tofollow the spiritual path only. Here we need our Sadguru , through Whom , we have to follow His words and teachings. Once we are in our Appaji’s grip, we can reduce all our stress, tension etc to a great extent and lead to peaceful life. That is what we need ultimately.Thephotography is very apt to this MSG since the river Ganges flow from the head of Lord Siva which remove our sins similarly our ignorance will be taken away through the teachings of Appaji. Appaji’s Piano music in raga Hinduvala is also giving a soothing effect to our mind. JGD.

JGD Appaji – Beautiful picture of Appaji with Lord Shiva, thanks for sharing this Puttuji – SGD

    • Sarumati on January 15, 2013 at 4:31 am

As Puttuji raises the questions, I think, we are “spiritual beings who are in for a human experience” –
    not the other way round.
This view makes things easier for me and it is very helpful !

So, what might be the consequences? The perspective is just another, higher one.
For me, it`s the status of the Sun .
And in order to identify ourselves with this great being, meditation is the
greatest help, also selflessness, and good will.

The status of matter is not permanent, if we realize this, then “LIFE of the SUN” begins.
    Jai Guru Datta

Ps . for me “12 Tunes for Zodiac” is melodious meditation . . .

    • Joseph on January 15, 2013 at 7:37 am

Vivid presentation. It’s only the heart that perceives sorrow or happiness and mind that judges any particular situation to be correct or incorrect. True that soul is always in bliss, but the ego “I” limits it to the body. May lord bless us all to enjoy the true nature of soul and always be in that eternal bliss.

My beloved SADGURU, how happy we can be with this knowledge! Santosha, one of the rules of yoga, works with this aspect of the soul’s true nature.
We have to remember it in every moment of our live. That will help to forget, to discard the sorrows.
    Thanks heartly for this MMS.

    JGD Appaji
Whenever we are sad or miserable, we always try to come out of it..we always try to be happy. That means sadness is not our true nature…otherwise we would have enjoyed it.
In Your presence and seva we feel so Blissful and love that experience … wish for it to be permanent. Let us always be involved with You and experience that constant flow of true happiness just like the unending flow of Mother Ganga from Lord Siva

    • Archana Penukonda on March 17, 2013 at 9:56 pm

Jaya Guru Datta! So many great souls have passed by planet earth experiencing that bliss and teaching us about it. Sri Swamiji Who is always in that bliss and who is that bliss Himself wants us to experience it as well. Thank You for this beautiful message, Swamiji. When great souls are always happy and unperturbed, I understand that it’s because they don’t identify with the body. Their mind is merged in the soul which is an eternal fountain of joy and love. When we experience any fluctuation in the mind, it’s solely because we are identifying with objects and experiences other than the soul. You are Sat Chit Ananda, Swamiji. You are that fountain of bliss that we need to find inside each of us. Pranams at the Holy Lotus Feet!
