  1. Doctors must cure but not inflict pain.. we want no injections. Loving mothers must hug & kiss but not admonish.. we want no disciplining. Incorrigible.
Why me? How unfair? Cruel. Merciless – It is’nt the animate & inanimate in her creation that say these to her. They’ve no problem accepting her chiselling & trimming. It is us.. her intelligent children.. who question her judgement & criticize her this way.. because she in her infinite love has empowered us to do so. Sad.
Oh Mother! You’re sakalaadhara rupini. You’re sarva sumangala karini. In your infinite love, you create & support this universe. You bring so much goodness & auspiciousness into our lives, we’re unable to fathom your infinite grace with our finite intelligence. We’re sorry.
Pranams Sathguru Mata! Pardon us for such egoistic thinking, in spite of your repeated teaching. We surrender to your will, to serve your mission, with unflinching faith in your grace. Jaya Guru Datta, Your Puttuji

Jaya Guru Datta, Swamiji! Over the years, one of the hardest lessons I have had to learn is that you are always right. I like to be right, Swamiji. But you are much better at it than I am. As a new devotee, it used to make me angry that you were always right. Sometimes, I thought I had good ideas, too and that maybe we should try things my way. What an ego! I’m still working on that, but I have come to trust that you are 100 percent correct in whatever guidance you give me. It isn’t always easy to do just as you say, and sometimes I still grumble inside a bit, but in the long run, I know that you are doing what is for my highest good and after a quarter of a century in this lifetime I can look back and see that that has always been true. I am immensely grateful for your presence in my life….

So much peace is afforded when this is accepted. That all is God’s will takes all questions off the table. It is ego that doubts and criticizes, thinking it knows best. Such suffering resulting from this style of thinking is useless and avoidable. Thank you Appaji. JGD

JGD. The MMS on the 3rd day of Devi Navarathri is truth comming out of the Mother Goddess only. His Holiness on His upadesa extoled the qualities of Goddess.
A woman who shrinks with shame for doing an act in the open society is also part of Goddess,Swamiji says.
We all know the pain a mother undergoes to bring out Her offspring.Like wise God takes the burnt of the major pain, so what we are experiencing is the sample God left as a Part of our Karma.
Appaji on the command of Mata Jayalakshmi owed that He will experience the sufferings of devotee to bring solace to Him if required. As a Doctor I have seen the suffering of Pain by woman, and the Endurance of Pain by Appaji.
Both are compassionate and are Goddess Rajarajeswari.

It is natural for the weak and ignorant human mind to cry when troubles come and to question and blame God, “Why me?” It is only a Sadguru who can educate the ignorant and explain, convince, and assure that everything happens for an ultimate good purpose. Nothing occurs randomly in Creation. It follows a definite pattern. There is a cause and an effect. There is a problem and a solution. There is trial and error followed by success. The key is to be humble, patient, persevering and trusting. It is only Sadguru’s grace that blesses us with these. Once the faith, patience, perseverance, and humility are acquired and established, life becomes a breeze. It becomes easy to take things in one’s stride and remain at peace. It is either that, or, once the lessons are learned, one is no longer subjected to such severe tests. Only God knows and Guru of course. Jaya Guru Datta

Even before God brought us into this world, He made complete arrangements here very thoughtfully for our food, accommodation, security, training, companionship, entertainment, comfort, education, and so on. How lovingly He has planned everything. What a wondrous miracle of a body He has blessed us with! It is simply unimaginable how this entire mechanism works, and how this world with its infinite ever-changing and astonishing scenery works. This mind-boggling variety of beings, mentalities, creatures, and sensory perceptions are all God’s creations. This apparatus called the Mind, with its ever-changing thoughts, feelings, questions, complaints, and emotions is God’s most exotic and amazing invention. Its workings are most unpredictable. We, who know absolutely nothing, have absolutely no right to complain about God or to criticize His plans. Although it is hard, especially when things are not going our way, it is best to simply watch and wonder in silence about this life and its goings on. Jaya Guru Datta

  3. Jaya Guru Datta. Dearest Mother Sri Swamiji, when You created me You knew what my faults would be. I hand all of myself, including these faults, over to You and beg for Your mercy and forgiveness. Sri Guru Datta.

Jaya Guru Datta Mataji & Appaji! What a beautiful idea that God has made us with love. I believe I have never looked at this in that specific manner. How loving! And then said by Sadgurudeva Himself. I had a wonderful shiver all over. Appaji, please bless me to take whatever You say or do as it is. Last week I sometimes wondered why You ordered us to gift sooo many CDs / albums to other people, because I thought many people cannot afford it. Well, I kept telling myself that whatever You do or say is the truth and the divine plan anyway, but still these little doubts were there. Please bless me by washing away the remaining doubts whenever they crop up. Om Sri Mata! Sri Guru Datta!

Jaya Guru Datta! Thank you for the beautiful message, Puttuji! I have realized that what might seem like an unfavorable situation in life is actually a great learning experience. In hind sight, from my own experience, I realize that had I not been placed in that situation, I would not have emerged wiser than before or more patient than before. Those situations occurred only because the Almighty Sathguru knew how best to teach me the lessons of life.
Upon examination, the loving act of God is visible in every situation in our life. Pleasures don’t teach us as much as pain does. We thank our Sathguru for giving us all the pleasures in our life, but more importantly for the events we seemed to believe didn’t go the way we expected, that have actually ended up making us stronger and more mature. Obeisance to the Holy Lotus Feet!

JGD Appaji!! Beautiful MMS. It takes a lot of training from you before one can attain this kind of faith and conviction. My grandmother, Smt. Kanyakumari always tells us this same thing. At her age of 70+ years, she has seen so much growth and so many pitfalls in her life and others’ lives that she says with absolute conviction that everything is God’s play. Instead of saying “why me” or “why us”, we should be thankful that God chose us to be a means for others to learn and for us, the incident is a lesson that we had to learn in this life. We should always thank God for having allowed us to go through “this” in this life itself so that, we come closer to God to unite with the supreme. Thanks Appaji for re-instating this fact. Amamma is strong willed, pray for more of strength to her and for all of us who need this kind of training.

Fantastic message….. Yes, God’s creation is wonderful with different species, behavioural patterns but one thing common is response for love and affection. Even a wild animal responds, calms down with care and love expressed towards it. If an animal that cannot think beyond it’s food and protecting itself responds to love and care towards it, probably with human form all of us should try being human. The last line of the message is difficult to practise because everyone do face this problem, when things are done in a right way either work is not appreciated or sometimes even punished and those works done in a wrong way or wrong intentions are appreciated or paves way to success or is not punished. This creates confusion as what is to be done and why omnipresent God does not punish even after bad deeds!! Like mother don’t punish for every mistake of the child probably God too forgives us and gives a chance to correct our mistakes by ourselves. It’s only out of pain that i criticize God sometimes, but let me pray lord, to forgive my mistakes and give me the knowledge to understand Your ways amen

  6. How beautiful… What a Deep Love… Out of divinity… We are all One and the Same… Jaya Guru Datta!

Für uns Westliche ist es sehr schwierig nicht zu kritisieren, weil wir dies als eine gewünschte Möglichkeit erlernen, um mitzudenken.
    Welche Verwechslung entsteht daraus!
Einfach davon ausgehen zu können, dass es richtig ist und zu erkennen, warum es richtig ist, ist schwierig und gleichzeitig erleichternd für mich.
Danke mein SADGURU für diese Lehre.

God is the creator, saviour and redeemer. He is all-pervading. He dwells in our hearts. When we look at nature, we see amazing beauty, painstaking detail and order. The entire cosmos is perfectly integrated. God wants the best for us and created everything so that it leads us to him—to his love. There is evidence of God’s love all around us, we just need to recognize it. God’s love, grace and mercy are indeed revealed in mysterious ways. Sometime in life we are in a peculiar situation or in some difficulty. Help comes to us in a mysterious manner, just in time. Every one of us might have experienced this. We exclaim at that moment in joy, “God’s ways are mysterious indeed”. God never abandons His children. Though His ways are mysterious, God is constantly protecting and guiding us to liberation.

Our ancient scriptures have clearly mentioned that grace of God takes the form of the Guru. To see the Guru is to see God. His presence purifies all. We are all so blessed to have Pujya Appaji in our midst. HE, out of love and compassion is with us always,

    Have faith in God’s judgement ~ 18 Oct 2012

Implicit faith in God is necessary. We go to a doctor and take the medicines he prescribes because of the faith we have in Him. When we can trust another human being to the extent that we follow all their instructions and take the tablets he prescribes, can we imagine the amount of faith that we can place in the Lord who created us, this world and all beings?? It is a sad fact that, we do not always place unquestioned faith in God! We expect things to happen in a certain way, and when it does not, we blame God. Doesn’t God who is the Supreme being, aware of our needs?? If our WANTS are not granted, we criticize God. That is the most foolish thing to do. God has a reason for every action of His. We are not capable of comprehending His ways! How can we dare criticize Him?? The only thing we can do is trust Him completely and follow His words without questioning. The God, in the form of Sadguru, takes us through whatever is best for us. The wonderful Devi bhajan, Sakaladhara Rupini Tum – explains the greatness of mother Goddess who is Sadguru Roopini! Let us all pray to Mother Goddess for this implicit faith in God! Jaya Guru Datta

made with love – what a beautiful view! may I be able to see this label in/on everybody and everything. and may I develop that absolute faith in god and guru I long for. I do not remember where I read the story but I often remember the essential part of it: when the guru asked the disciple to jump from a cliff high above the rough sea s/he did it without wavering for a fraction of a second. with this mms I feel how our beloved sadguru lovingly and smilingly makes difficult and seemingly impossible tasks achievable for us.

Jaya Guru datta dearest Sathguru universal mother! What a wonderful MMS! And the Bhajan expresses totally the love of the mother for her creation. Everything i her creation and she is Love, so everything also we are created with Love. The green nature, how all has a structure, a hidden order inside, every atom every tiniest quantum is in the plan of Mother, living and growing in her way. Only by our mind, which is duality, we destroy the unity of the One being. Pls help us to melt away the dual mind in the one Love and grace of Mataji. With love and deep thankfulness..JGD

    JGD Appaji

Whatever created will have a part of its creator in it. No matter what the shape all ornaments created out of gold will have gold in them.. all sweets will have sugar.. similarly this whole creation came out of Him, therefore everything is part and parcel of Him. When everyone/thing has a part of Him, how can we be judgemental or critical. We need to accept everything as His Blessing in this life and know that He is with us always, no matter what. Thank You Appaji!
