  1. Ratnakar the thief, when enlightened by Sage Narada, became Maharishi Valmiki, who went on to author the Ramayana for the benefit of the whole world.
Valmiki did not become poor because he gave away his knowledge of the Ramayana. He became richer, and so did the world around him. Knowledge multiplies when shared. That is the uniqueness of Ma Saraswathi – Goddess of Knowledge
Wealth is finite. Possessing wealth causes the anxiety of losing it & pain when it is lost. Knowledge is infinite. Possessing knowledge is like diving deep into that ocean (ratnakara) of nectar (piyusha)
    Thankful Pranams Ma Saraswathi!
Our Sathguru is your blessing to mankind! He is our Rama, and also our Valmiki. His words are the Vedas. His Shatasloki Ramayana gives us new insights with every hearing. With such insight when we immerse ourselves in serving His cause, we gain deeper insights into our own true nature. Nothing can be more valuable.

Jaya Guru Datta! Real power doesn’t lie in objects, so hoarding them or stealing them only results in sin and ignorance. How sad that we miss that the truth is inside us and not in anything we can hold in our hands or take from others. We should empty ourselves of the things that hinder us, that block our growth. May Saraswati bless us all with right knowledge today. May we be shown right action and given right knowledge from the correct sources. May He bless us all! Sri Guru Datta!

That means: when I want give to someone something what he can have the whole life without some risk I must give knowledge. But when I give something, which is so impoertant, I must also see, What for knoledge. There is so much knowledge in this world, what persons don’t need realy. We must choose or have a guru, which knows, which knowledge for human is important.

It is wonderful to know that knowledge cannot be stolen, thank you for making me realising this, dear Swamiji! To give knowledge is one of the most beautiful things. To know that the given knowledge cannot be stolen emphasizes the feeling of being useful. To know that the recieved knowledge cannot be stolen is an encouragement to learn.

Jaya Guru Datta! If the sages and scholars of ancient times kept the knowledge they had to themselves, we would have been one of several lost generations. Wise people never find a need to withhold knowledge for superiority, for real knowledge and scholarship brings with it humility and love. Knowledge is perhaps the only kind of wealth that doesn’t diminish with sharing. It is knowledge that sows the seeds of unconditional love in me; it is knowledge that lifts my spirits and keeps me happy no matter what; it is knowledge that makes me aware of Sri Swamiji’s constant presence in my life; it is the knowledge that Sri Swamiji and the Datta family have shared with me. Thank You, Sri Swamiji for showering us with divine knowledge. As we continue to gain this knowledge and benefit from the experiences, may we become worthy of passing this knowledge on to people around us. Obeisances at the Holy Lotus Feet!

Absolutely true, amongst all the wealth we possess blessed by God, all types of wealth may perish with progress of time. For example, money may be stolen, physical beauty and health can perish with progression of age, even job insecure circumstances may be experienced in life, but for knowledge it can be acquired always with our only investment of interest and can be shared but never stolen. May lord bless us with self knowledge and humbleness.

What a nice MMS , Appaji has given today which has got a deep inner meaning also. Puttuji you have explained here about Ratnakar who has become latter Valmiki Maharishi, and is the author of Ramayana. He used his deep knowledge for this noble cause and shared to this world and is getting benefited to all. Similarly Mother Goddess Saraswathy also gives knowledge to us. From this concept we realise that the knowledge should be always shared with others and in a way it should be benefited to them also. In otherwords as Appaji said, we should develop sathsang so that we can share our views and knowledge with others. In this Kaliyuga , this is very important since we will be mis leaded due to wrong information and thereby easily diverted to wrong path also. Therefore to develop good knowledge, we have to follow the spiritual path also through our Sadguru . In such cases He will take away the things which are not needed for us and fill our mind with good knowledge and spirit. Through this MSG , Appaji is also reminding us that our Ego can be reduced by sharing our knowledge with others. Further I recollect MMS 232 which says that we should always seek from God togive Knowledge first , then Health and finally only wealth. This is because if we possess wealth beyond a limit , it will give more anxiety and lead to pain if is lost. The photography and one of the old Bhajans of Appaji on Mother Goddess are very apt for this MSG. In this Kaliyuga we see Lord Rama in our Appaji Himself giving us good knowledge and the beautiful essence of Ramayana. Hence Appaji we got your concept and share our knowledge with others for their benefit also. JGD.

    Jaya Guru Datta Puttuji_/\_!!
Awesome MMS made us feel that Ma Saraswathi Swaroopa Appaji is giving darshan right in front of us on this Auspicious Friday !!

    Jaya Guru Datta Appaji_/\_!!
Knowledge should be shared as unlike other material things, it never gets depleted. Sharing knowledge leads to sambhashanam ,it furthers one’s knowledge. The effects are symbiotic.
    Remembering Sankrit verse :
    “Vidyaa dadaati vinayam vinayaadyaati paatrataam
    paatratvaaddhanamaapnoti dhanaaddharmam tataH sukham”
    Meaning:
“Knowledge generates humility, by humility one becomes worthy, being worthy one earns wealth, with wealth one gains religiosity, and by religiosity one becomes happy”
Appaji, we will share the knowledge that nobody can steal.,You as Maa Saraswathi have bestowed upon us with others so that more and more people can be spiritual, humble, religious and thereby find inner happiness. Similarly, we will remain open to learning good things from others to better our all-round self.

Sri Guru Datta !! Om Namo Hanumathe Namaha !!

    Knowledge
    signpost on the journey
    light in the darkness
    gift of mercy
    Thank YOU so much, Appaji!

  6. Knowledge as wealth versu things like jewelry and material things as wealth….This is the implication of the MMS… Of course, i would take knowledge anytime over the material possessions. It makes for a uch healthier and happier life, a much wealthier life! Knowledge as a direct gift of contemplation and inner experience is a far more valuable asset! Like the so many times mentioned hidden pearl that we need to dive deep for! As this MMS implies… Seek knowledge of SELF over weatth, for wealth can be stolen and material objects like diamonds and watches can be eyed and stolen! JGD and pranams to the Master!
