  1. Early morning, there is dew & fog in the air, which quickly clears up as the sun begins to shine. Sunshine takes away all the laziness of the night, and infuses vigor to face the day ahead.
A brisk morning walk sets the pace for the day. A good breakfast – bhojan – fills us up with energy to get going
Bhajan does to the mind, what good bhojan does to the body. Invogorates it. Like a good workout purges toxins from the body, bhajan purges all negative thought from the mind. And when that bhajan is rendered by Swami Manasa Datta, it is so special
    Pranams Dattaswaroopa Sathgurudeva!
Your bhajans are the elixir for the mind. The redention is so soulful. The lyrics are so meaningful, they condense the essence of the Upanishads. The vibrations change the chemistry of the brain.. making it feel relaxed and happy
A million thanks to you for blessing us with so much nutrition for the mind. We’re enjoying the bliss, as we sing!
    Jaya Guru Datta! Your Puttuji

jgd pranaams Swami ji real ‘Mahatma’ You sing and make Your children sing the glory of God with You that results into a clean sinless mind where You reside. The best quality of Kaliyuga is that simply by singing God’s name people can benefit in every sphere of life even reaching state of Moksha is possible which is very tough in other yugas. May i make use of this opportunity and enjoy Guru’s grace onhn sgd

Jaya Guru Datta Appaji – the very famous and frequent quote from Appaji – ‘bhajan is to mind as bhojan is to the body’. It nurtures the good thoughts in the mind so that tehy become active in a person’s behavior thereby giving rise to a good society. Thanks a lot Appaji for blessing us continuously with wonderful compositions.

Audio track used in this video is melodious. Singing glory of God is singing about the complete form and energy, of universe. By doing so, one will have their concentration on HIS glory and will prevent from all diversion of sinful thoughts that will be enforced into action. May lord bless us all to have the mind set of singing HIS glory and drive out all sins from our minds.

  4. Jaya Guru Datta. I recently bought a Swamiji CD with the song “O My Guru Infinite” as the final track. I was so happy to find this at the Ganesh Temple in Queens and now I have something I can easily sing since I do not speak any Indian language. I love You my Datta Guru and I love Swamiji music. Sri Guru Datta.

When we read today’s MMS, we can imagine how much importance, Appaji has given for Namasangeerthana . According to me in several occasion , Appaji has pointed out that singing of Bhajan is the easiest way to reach God. In otherwords in this Kaliyuga , we can realize the existence of God and that is in the form of our Sadguru only. Even Adi Shankara has indicated the importance of Namasangeerthana and that is about Bhaja govindham. If we take our Appaji, He is a NadaYogi and Nada Brahma. Further Appaji says that Music is my religion, Music is my soul, Music is my language and Music is my expression. From these words we can realize that as far as Appaji is concerned Music or Bhajan is everything for Him. Hence Appaji is again reminding us especially in this Kaliyuga , praising the God through Namasangeerthana will drive out the Sins from our mind. Now when we speak about Appaji’s Bhajan , each one contains the Seed letter ( Beejakshra ) and that is why it is very powerful and it will help to heal our disease and moreover it gives a good energy to our mind. According to my experience by singing Appaji’s Bhajans I feel the following.(1) It is like a dialysis process ( 2) it lead to concentration ( 3) It gives a good peace of mind and energy to the body. What we want more than this to keep our body and mind healthy. Thank You Appaji to feed us with such a wonderful Bhajans and we follow You accordingly. JGD.

Jai Guru Datta, singing and listening to the glory of God fills your mind with such a blessed peace that sinful thoughts can not survive there. Pranam Sadguru for not only creating such beautiful Bhajans but for making them available all this high tech media. We are blessed to have you as our Datta Guru.

JGD Appaji – Thank you for giving us one more opportunity and the way how our sins can be removed and telling us the power of Divya Nama Sankirtana. As a Datta devotee we should always be far away from doing mistakes but we are human beings – But there is a way for such mistakes to clean through ” Nama Sankirtana ” – SGD

    Jaya Guru Datta Puttuji_/\_!!

The Historic Ayodhya Pilgrimage of Sadgurdeva with thousands of devotees in March 01,2012 is remembered exactly on the same date in 2013 !!.
Heart melting, captivating bhajan sung by Swami Manasa Datta on Shiva (Pure) Swaroopa Sadgurudeva – What a Divine MMS !!

    Jaya Guru Datta Appaji_/\_!!

Sadguru Sookti Sangraha, Sankeertana (Singing Glory of God):
Sankeertana reinforces devotion, knowledge and detachment (bhakti, jnana
and vyraagya) and drives away sorrow, distress and despair.

Sva desikasyaiva ca nama kirtanam Bhavetanantasya Sivasya kirtanam
Sva desikasyaiva ca rupa cintanam Bhavetanantasya Sivasya cintanam !!
    (Guru Gita -21)

Here there is a Secret. Whenever the glory of any deity is sung,if there is no mention of Guru either at the beginning or at the end, that cannot be called a prayer at all.Only after singing the glory of Ganapathi,Saraswati (Devi) and Guru, singing of any other God should be done.

Happy Bhajanavali !! Sri Guru Datta !! Om Namo Hanumathe Namaha !!

Born as a human being no one is infallible and cannot avoid themselves committing sins, in some situations that may not be deliberate. The MMS says singing the glory of God mitigates the sins. The Divyanama Sankeertana propagated by Sriswamiji keeps us calm, resists from the impact of evil forces, controls the vacillating mind, makes us to retain the God’s vision with in , cultivates humility so that we are not arrogant by intellectual attainments or opulences by which we accrue sins, ridiculing others. Bhajan singing might be one of the Swamiji’s methods to train our minds to think of God , to fill it with devotion. Bhajans penned and composed by Sriswamiji are simple in tune and catchy, attracts the attention of anyone, enable us to meditate on God at all times discharging our daily obligations. In many situations I am thrilled by the bhajans, tear streamed down the eyes, voice got choked with emotion and ecstasy. We are all indebted to You Swamiji for giving us this happiness.JGD.

Jaya Guru Datta! Sri Swamiji has made it His mission to help, protect and uplift all beings. But, Divya Nama Sankeertana stands out as one of Datta family’s most loved activity. Sri Swamiji has inculcated in us a love for divine music. I love how little kids sit steady and sing during Swamiji’s bhajan sessions. Sri Swamiji’s music transforms lives, cures, heals, uplifts, energizes and so much more. But, Sri Swamiji is not just a Guru who order us to do Nama Sankeertana. He does it by setting an example and like a mother who feeds her children a variety of food to appease the children’s palette, Sri Swamiji continues to compose and sing a variety of bhajans to feed our souls. And by having us listen to His music, He’s helping us clear our mind and slowly drive away our sins. I can’t think of anyone more compassionate that our Sathguru. And all He expects in return is for us to benefit from it. Pranams at the Holy Lotus Feet! Love the visuals from the Ayodhya trip!!! Sri Swamiji’s love is so palpable!

My beloved SWAMIJI, what wonderful mms YOU send today! Singing YOUR bhajans, singing the glory of God is what I like very much. That it also means, that we can drive out our sins from our mind is a new thought for me.
Thank YOU heartily for all of YOUR wonderful bhajans.
Humbly I bow down at YOUR Lotosfeet.

    JGD Appaji
Appaji has made it so easy for us to chant God’s name… it may be hard to sit in meditation and think of Him for us..so Appaji gave us these beautiful, melodious, beejakshara filled mantras in the form of His bhajans..we need to constantly listen to them or sing them..its automatic cleansing of the mind which is the same as meditation.
