A pure crystal.. is so pure.. it absorbs nothing. That’s why it looks so transparent. That’s how it reflects light rays.
A pure heart is an innocent heart. A pure heart reflects truth. How would this world be if all our hearts were like this ? Each one of us will be radiating the glory of almighty from within.. This earth would then feel like heaven. Isn’t that what we all pray for?
And, who can answer that prayer better than Lord Shiva ? According to Adi Shankara, Shiva means ‘The Pure One’ – The one that is unaffected by and is beyond the trigunas – sattva, rajas and tamas. The name also means One who purifies those who merely utter his name. He is eternally pure. He can never have any contamination or imperfection of rajo guna or tamo guna. So this MMS invokes the Glory of Shiva, while revealing the way to God-realization – “Have a pure heart”.
Dear Gurudeva, You are our Shiva. We only know your Grace. As you sing in the background bhajan to this MMS, ‘’You are Nagabhusha (one who wears snakes as ornaments)’’. And we have seen you play and wear snakes around your neck.. as if to remind us that you ARE Parameshwara. When you dwell in our hearts, how can our hearts be anything else but pure ? But somehow, we are blinded to this God realization.
So, dear Gurudeva, you have demystified for us, the way to God realization. You simplify the complex vedic truths, and spoon feed that inner nourishment. You have created many simple and easy methods for our inner-cleansing.. Music for healing, Bhajan, Japa. We will practice these methods to purify our hearts. And in that purity, we will experience the reflection of Almighty.. who to us is none other than your Holiness. Om Santaya Namah! Why it is so good to sit near from Swamiji, only sit, nothing other? He has a pure heart and reflects God. That’s why it is enaugh, to sit only there. This energy is so powerfull, we are cleansed by sitting there. I can think clearer, I feel happy etc. For this I must work hard on my heart, because as therapeut I want be a healing person. All what I do is good, but better is all, what I AM.
Jaya Guru Datta, Swamiji! This is such a beautiful video! What an incredible crystal store! Once in Trinidad, during a visit, I was sitting in the temple chanting some mantras while the crew there was preparing for Swamiji’s program. They were testing a video of the Raga Sagara concert and I was watching. At one point, Swamiji, as always, You placed the crystal to Your third eye. But this time, I saw Your face transform and waves of energy and light come from the crystal. I was stunned and looked again and it was still happening, but no one else seemed to see it. I asked someone if they had seen the scene where You were holding the crystal and they said “yes, He always does that….” And I said “not like this….did you really look at that video…” But no one had seen it. So that evening, when the video was played, I was anxiously waiting for that scene to come so I could see it again,but it was just as we usually see it….I looked at You Swamiji and You just smiled and nodded…When crystals touch they emit light and energy…..You are the purest of all crystals, Swamiji, emitting constant love and light….Om Namo Shivaya!

In my childhood I get to learn that God is sitting in a very big nice chair and rules the world. Now I see and feel that there is skething different and logic behind it. The way what Swami Ji show me now in te movie is a rockcrystal what reflect and channel the energy. It is something what is immaterial and you cannot see directly. You uinderstand to some extant, but not completely Swami Ji has given me more details and would like to thank him.

God is described in our scriptures as being pure as crystal. A crystal does not merely reflect light like a mirror. Light permeates a pure crystal’s every cell, the way God permeates every cell in a pure heart.
Why do I see my Sadguru as God? His heart is saturated with God because it is pure as crystal. I feel close to His heart and that makes me recognize that God is hiding within me also. Some others see only guru’s physical body and recognize only the human qualities in it that they share.
This video shows many pictures of crystals that from the outside appear merely as pieces of ordinary rock. But the inside holds a treasure that is hidden from our view until the shell is broken. God, likewise, hides inside a pure heart and reveals to the world only the shell of the ordinary human body or other images and forms formed of the five elements. He reveals His divinity only to a few fortunate souls entirely by His grace.
This is the case with Rama, Krishna, and other incarnations of God including our Appaji.
Please make us all worthy of experiencing the divinity that resides in your pure soul, dearest Sadgurudeva. Jaya Guru Datta

Pure heart reflects God – 14/09/2012
True, pure crystal transmits the rays without any absorption of light, when they pass through it. Similarly person with pure heart is never effected with any situation. Guru possess such a supreme quality, who reflects God and is in state of true bliss always. May my Guru bless me to attain that purity of heart like crystal. As long as we remain in the dual state of observing, God is hidden. In this state of mind we are the subject regarding all other things around us as separated objects. Why can we not find God in such a way of thinking? Because we are not separated from God. Any thinking works in this separation of subject and object. The way to go beyond this subject / object separation is inner experience. However, since we create our perception of the world around us in our minds (compare MMS 78), the mind has to get very pure to become a clean and pure stage where we can experience Sri Swamijis Divine nature. Through Sri Swamijis grace this cleaning can be done by us.

Namaste Puttuji. Marvellous video picturing the pure heart. Appaji’s photos are awesome. Images of crystals are wonderful. Outwardly looking like a hard stones but inwardly heart striking gems. Pure hearted people are hard to understand but will be shining crystal clear at heart. This is the cause why smile looks blissful on Appaji’s face where as the same smile on our faces appears differently reflecting our inner impurities. ‘A pure heart reflects God’ picturised wonderfully in video with Appaji glowing in the heart of a man. A pure hearted person will be at peace always – Om Santaya Namah. At the end of the video, crystal Siva Linga indicating pure hearted person with no impurities is none other than Lord Siva – Om Namah Sivaya. And behind Appaji’s extra ordinary images, the wonderful bhajan Nagabhusha which has wordings ‘ kalushajaalam kshaalayesa’ says that Lord Siva comes as Sadguru to make us as pure as He Himself. Yes Appaji. I see the analogy between Crystal and Gurudeva. Just as the crystal relfects light and brightens up, Guru, too, relfects happiness and that is so radiating. We say that Swamiji’s love is pure like a baby’s. It is unconditional and universal. It is non-judgmental. Why is it that we are not able to love every creature in the world the way he does? The reason is that His heart is divine and as pure as pure can be. Our hearts are contaminated with ego, selfishness, arrogance, greed, anger, lust, fear, envy, and insatiable desires for sense gratification, all of which are absent in Swamiji. That is where the difference lies. Perhaps God is like Swamiji.
Swamiji’s collection of crystals perhaps reflects our different colors to him, showing where we need what kind of help. He gives us compassionate treatment accordingly, correcting our weaknesses and restoring our balance and discretion.

how wonderful ! it is a longtime longing to become purehearted and since about half a year I daily (almost) listen to a wonderful psalm from the bible which gregorio allegri in the 17th century has set to music and was being sung in the sixtine chapel during the Holy week before easter (miserere, psalm 51). the core line says: «please purify my heart and renew the right spirit in my viszera». I am so grateful to experience how our beloved sadguru hears and fulfils our prayers with His Divine smile ! may we become more and more pure thoroughly so that He may use us as His crystals reflecting Divine light in this world full of darkness, ignorance and ego.
