-Those who notice nothing but flaws in everything they encounter are pitiable souls. They deprive themselves of much happiness in life.
-Happy thoughts fill your life with happiness.
-Knowledge is the true eye. Liberation is true happiness. Obsession is sorrow.
-Happiness will not come from happiness. But only from pain. We know the value of standing in shade only after roaming in the hot day sun.
–If you are ready to face everything, there will be no miseries in your life. You yourself are the creator of all the problems in life.You are also the creator of happiness.
-Jealousy is that which comes in the way of prosperity and happiness.
– Happiness leads to peace of mind. Peace of mind results in concentration.
-By hankering after happiness & indulging in wishful thinking, you do not obtain happiness.

If we go on the right path, we will sow the seeds of happiness; if not, we will sow the seeds of sorrow. Gurudeva, You have given us many righteous paths to choose from. It is up-to us to choose with freedom the various paths available. Choosing wrong ways for happiness creates only temporary happiness & lasting misery. Appaji, You are asking us to take a big picture view and look not towards short-term gratifications and successes, but towards long-term ramifications and consequences.
Thank You for this cautionary note Appaji. I pray to You for the wisdom to recall and observe this lesson in practice.
