Jaya Guru Datta. Even this basic information about the Visuddha Chakra is so amazing. Thank You Puttuji for helping us visualize what our energy centers are like. I recall Swamiji’s message that whatever happens in the universe also happens within our bodies. Watching the visuals of this video, with the cosmos in the background and the human body with the six chakras in the foreground indicates the depth of that truth. There’s so much we don’t know about our own bodies. Thank You for these enlightening messages. Pranams to the omnipotent Datta Sadgurudeva.
