The flow of a river can be controlled. The flow of air can be controlled. The flow of traffic can be controlled. One flow that cannot be controlled is the flow of thoughts.. the mind. For, the mind seems to have a will of its own.
Yet, the mind must to be controlled. For, the mind is the medium through which we make sense of what we see, hear, touch & feel.
Purer the mind, easier the solution (MMS74). Because, A man’s world is a projection of his mind (MMS78).
If one watches those splendid snow capped mountains, or that majestic grand canyon, through tainted, out of focus lenses.. he will miss all that beauty. The eye is the lens for vision. The mind is the lens for perception.

How do we make this ever changing, wandering, grumbling mind, beautiful..By realizing that the natural state of the mind is to be blissful, peaceful. Just like dark clouds covering the sun, the rampant thoughts will be there.. but realizing that the sun is hidden only for a short period and not following the clouds is knowledge. Just like waves form and die in the same ocean, thoughts will form and vanish in the same self. Such a realization and the beautiful/divine state of mind can be possible only with Appaji’s love and blessings. With His grace we will achieve that state one day, until then we have Him, His music and His various projects to help us control, stabilize the mind and kill our inner enemies.

Some of the answers lie in the MMSes itself – a mind built on noble thoughts, a mind that wants to serve ever and hurt never, a mind that understands that the animate and the inanimate are a part of parcel of the divine, a mind that is not slave to anger, a mind that understands that attachments to worldly objects should be given up. It is not hard to see why divine souls are always happy, it’s just hard for us to do it ourselves. Thank You, Swamiji for coming to us in Your physical form to teach us the hard lessons and show us by example. You are Sachchidananda, the fountain of divine bliss for this creation. According to me, by seeing Appaji’s various MMS, we should realize the importance of the mind which lead the life of humanbeing . If we look some of the earlier MMS like 74,78, 109,192 and 285 are all related to mind only. In a simple way if we say the mind is like a space, wherein , we fill with wanted and unwanted desires in this Kaliyuga . In today’s busy world most of the time it will be filled with unwanted desires only and due to that the mind is always disturbed and polluted . Hence today Appaji has gone further deep in to this concept and say if the mind is beautiful, then everything looks beautiful . The photography is very apt for this MSG , since Aniruddha( Lord Vishnu) is self willed. Puttuji you have given a good example about the flow of river, flow of air and flow of traffic. All these can be controlled by nature and humanbeing respectively. But where as the thoughts which are flowing through our mind cannot be controlled. It depend up on person to person. The only solution for this is to control our mind. In otherwords , we should be in a position to drive our mind like driving a car. Once if succeed in it, everything looks beautiful and will get good peace of mind and it will be filled with wanted desires. But again here it is not so easy, unless we follow a spiritual path through our Sadguru. Here our Appaji is giving us various types of teachings to control our mind, to create will power etc through puja, homa , Bhajan , music and yoga and at least if we follow any one of these , definitly we can achieve our goal and reach to selfrealization . The music PalayaGovinda is also giving a soothing effect to the mind. Thank You Appaji to remind us again and again about the important role of our mind in our life which is the root cause for everything to build up our carrier. JGD..

Mind is responsible for any desire, deeds or result of any action. Its mind that can enjoy the beauty of nature or beauty of God’s creation as nature, living beings. Only HIS creation is wonderful and filled with surprises beyond our guesses. This message is absolutely true, but i feel we should practise it other way round to be physically and mentally sound. Only if one’s feelings are set to understand God’s qualities, nature and HIS protection to save us, only then one can appreciate the beauty of life.
