Jaya Guru Datta. Jayalakshmi Mata, the Divine Mother who we salute every time we say Jaya Guru Datta. Tall, beautiful, divine and motherly, Jayalakshmi Mata was the perfect daughter, wife and mother. The Divine Mother took form as Jayalakshmi Mata to help uplift mankind from this Maya. Chosen by the Supreme Guru Lord Datta, the Mother condensed the entire Vedanta and taught little Satyanarayana the gist of it all. We are now being blessed with all of that Vedanta broken down into simple language through the divine messages from Puttugam. The Mother introduced little Satyanarayana to Lord Hanuman as well. So many wonderful instances in Sri Swamiji’s life history!
