Jaya Guru Datta. I’m always amazed at how Sri Swamiji effortlessly shows us mudras that help us immensely physiologically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. This simple mudra needs no great training, no special place to do it in, no equipment…just 5 minutes of our time twice a day. Wonderful benefits can be gained with such a simple mudra done in the comfort of our house. Thank You Swamiji. Pranams at the Holy Lotus Feet.
