This way is beautiful and also very tight, because my ego is looking to the opposite, if some one hurts me. To feel and to understand, that I hurt my self, when I hurt others, is not easy but it is true, because we are all ONE.

Jgd.This is the biggest challange in front of the devotee.Devotion is a form Love towards the person whom we cherish as Divine form may the God or Guru.To-days society the Tolerance to-wards other faith or religion is slowly getting eroded.People belive that if a Godly person,or a Idol is defamed or disgraced that the faith to-wards that Guru or God vanishes.This is pure misfortune of thought.In Treta yuga the letter “RA” made the demon Maricha to runaway, in Kaliyuga as Sri Swamiji said “RAMA” makes the devilish thought run away.This is because we are taught that to tolerate others.Mahathma Gandhi said”if slapped on one cheek show the other cheek”.No Life in the Gods creation is devilish, but because of the friendship with Demons we develop the ill thoughts.A long society with a Sanyasi is turned into poison with the Friendship of Devil.

In the path of devotion, we learn to recognize every being as a form of divinity. Sri Swamiji once said in a speech that as Datta Devotees, we love Sri Swamiji. If the has to be really true, we must show the same love towards all beings as it is the same lord in every being! If we do that, we stop finding faults in others or talking ill of others. Here Sri Swamiji takes us another step further and tells us that we must serve without causing pain to others. Thank you Sri Swamiji. We will strive to follow your words. Jaya Guru Datta

A nice lesson, Appaji has given today through this MMS 303. According to me indirectly, Appaji is advising us to develop sathsang . In otherwords we should have a company with good people and share our love with them and help where our it is needed with out hurting them also. But one thing is sure that to act like that our mind is also to be tuned in such a way , since our mind is the root cause for everything. Therefore to tune or to control our mind it is not so easy especially in this Kaliyuga , unless we follow through a spiritual path for which we need the help of our Sadguru. Here we have to follow His words and teachings till our life in this janma. The photography is very apt for this MSG , since in Mother’s creation in nature , the trees, plants and animals are doing their duty sincerely and doing their service with out any motive and not expecting any thing in return. Hence , Appaji we as humanbeing also realised this fact and do our service and show love to others through our sathsang with out even hurting them. Also do our seva to Your mission with in our capacity and find the way to real path of devotion. Appaji’s music in key board in raga Hinduvala is also so nice which every body loves that. JGD.

Jaya Guru Datta! MMS #301 said that devotion to Guru and renunciation of ego are two sides of the same coin. So, renunciation of ego and the selfless service that today’s message talks about are traits of true devotion. I cannot claim to be a true devotee unless I surrender my ego completely, give up doership and ownership and develop selfless love towards everyone around me. Yes, Puttuji, we learned that God is part of parcel of the animate and the inanimate. It’s so easy to forget that due to conditioning, but every time I can remind myself of that truth, a blanket of peace and comfort envelops my mind. That’s the easy part. The difficult part is holding on to that awareness.
We may not intend to hurt anyone, but we tend to reciprocate what we construe as someone’s meanness. We may, in our material conditioning, choose who we want to serve and we may stay away from helping anyone that’s ungrateful. Our social and professional lives may expect a certain level of self-centeredness and aggresion. But, I’m beginning to see it’s possible to navigate all spheres of our lives with this devotion in our hearts. This equipoise and balance are taught right here through these MMSes. One should feel the presence of the Lord in all creatures. Purity of
heart and wisdom cannot be achieved as long as a man does not see the
Lord in every one. Universal love develops in a man who sees the Lord in
all and serves them. That is the only way to attain soul-progress. By
viewing the fellow beings as Divine and serving them with humility a man
grows in divinity.
