Sometimes the wicked is dressed up and i like to learn to see it, in all his costumes.

Jaya Guru Datta! So many encounter evil people in their job situations everyday and are afraid to walk away because of financial concerns and familial responsibilities. So many are living in abusive situations because they don’t see a way out or think they are at fault. So many are using drugs and alcohol because they think they need to in order to fit in. Thank you Swamiji for giving us the green light to separate ourselves from the wicked ones in our life. Please guide those who don’t know which way to go or where to begin. Please shine a light on their paths that will lead them to better company. Sri Guru Datta!

The weak mind with its attachments always tries to justify wickedness in loved ones. It resists breaking the bonds with such persons. It clings to the hope that they will change, and will even argue that one’s loving acceptance of them will hopefully transform them one day. But the truth is, only Sadguru has the power to transform wicked ones. Normal folks generally do not possess such powers. It is best to accept that truth and let go without looking back, all those who are ‘wicked’. It is still, so difficult to brand some people as wicked, and to outright reject them and throw them out of one’s life once and for all. Appaji is saying, “Do it.” So we must. He will give us the strength. I pray for such strength. How would I define “wicked”? One who lacks love and respect for his fellow beings, one who falsely accuses Sadguru and other saintly persons as being fraudulent, one who lies, deceives,steals, harms others without provocation, and is of a cruel temperament. in which company do I want to be? With what people do I want to be friends? The Datta family is a noble family – we all travel along in the same train! Satsang is one part of my life – but there is daily life with all temptation. May Datta watch my steps always.
I am grateful for the experience today with farmers in the church in a small mountain village in Switzerland. They are in love with Mother Marie and build a small wooden church in the forest about 90 years ago. Great unexpected pilgrimage!

I feel our mind is the most wicked object. It projects us to hate, be unkind or uncaring to other human beings. Your music is the arrow of Rama which destroys the demonic wicked nature of our mind. Let our minds be pure so that we can radiate, reflect and project only love. Bless our minds to be strong Appaji so that no external circumstances have the capacity to influence us negatively.

A nice teaching, Appaji has given today through this MMS 344. Puttuji you have also given a good explanation about how a child divert the attention of his mother to get more affection from her and similarly how a father is keeping silent , when the son performed in the examination very poor, instead of scolding him and that itself is a big punishment for him. In otherwords if he scold , the father only will get upset and lead to stress and tension . From this, Appaji is reminding us that not to have company with wicked persons. In otherwords through the spiritual path , we should develop only sathsang and that is only eternal. In this Kaliyuga people are more interested in unwanted desires and pleasures . Due to this side by side they develop ego, jealous and pride etc. The photography is very apt for this MSG, since Lord Rama is always for dharma only and that is why , He destroyed the wicked people. The Bhajan from Nada chinthana , Rama Hare is also apt for this MSG. Thank You , Appaji for such a nice teaching and we follow Your words and teachings and develop only sathsang . JGD.
dear freinds never give your five year kid-a cell phone, and ten year kid-a laptop thinking its a status symbol or cumpulsion..no doubt, with one click we can watch any thing and every thing in net..but what to watch? a million dollor question..so kindly guide them..or make them accessible only to the programmes which provoke good thoughts and deeds..in a way its also applicable for us..as a knife cuts throats as well as a fruit..internet can be good, bad, at times forbidden..SWAMIJI perish the evil in us and bless us with your seva..sri matha..sri guru datta..jaya guru datta..

Each preoccupation with something gives it energy. We can choose where we spend our energy.
As long as we are not able to set boundaries, the vis-à-vis influences us which means we get contamined.

Avoiding wicked is not only about avoiding wicked people, i think. For me a lot of wickedness was cut out of my life when i stopped watching TV, scary movies, reading gossips in glossy magazines, clicking on “hot topics” in internet. such wickedness as fastfood, meat, potato chips, alcohol, cigarets etc also should be taken into account. Music we listen to, thoughts that haunt us in our heads, fears, doubts – all might carry wicked seeds, kind of a subtle kind of wickedness. It is hard to get rid of all these things at once. But with help of Swamiji one day will succeed.
Message to be followed by all to have peace and to be in spiritual path. May lord bless us all to be devoid of wickedness both within us and surrounding us.
