Contented : Lovely perspective! As long as I feel the longing for something more, I am poor. As long as I feel the need for more money, more fame, more love.. am incomplete.. am poor. Am reminded of a sloka at this time – Poornamadhaha poonamidham poornathu poornamudhachate; Poornasya poornamaadhaya poornameva avasishyathe – ( That is complete. This is complete. This which is complete has come from that which is complete. When you take away this which is complete from that which is complete, what is remains in that is also complete.) I need nothing more than your grace my beloved Swamiji ! Nothing ! Your PuttuGam..

In the present world where richness is only measured by material objects you teach us what true richness really is. True richness is holding onto your lotus feet firmly. True richness is Guru Bhakti and Guru Seva. Please bless all of us with unflinching Guru Bhakti and Guru Seva. This alone is permanent richness everything else is temporary. I came across a quote which tells us how to be content:

I feel this message is an elaborate explanation of MMS 5 “Happiness lies in contentment” and it’s true that happiness and health are real wealth. Wealth don’t just mean prosperity with richness because only richness can never give lasting happiness, it can only give comforts and happiness that does not last long. True rich man is one who is happy always because happiness can never be valued by any figures. So it is the inner peace and contentment that makes a person happy from within and truly rich. May lord bless us all to be contended with what we have and be rich in terms of happiness.
