    It’s wonderful to see the Nadi Shuddhi Vyayamas explained so clearly in these videos. Sri Swamiji wants to make these simple and powerful exercises accessible to all so we all can benefit. Kriya Yoga is perhaps the oldest kind of Yoga that has now been adapted to modern times by Sri Swamiji. Already grateful for that. Now, with these videos, there’s no reason to not be able to do these when we are taught these exercises right in the comfort of our homes. Very happy to see this video.
