The morning sun energises. The evening moon relaxes. When flowers bloom, their very sight is good to make us smile & lighten up. The air is our prana. We’re on physical & emotional life support from Mother Nature. How can we not learn from her?

From Appaji’s chutuke – as the river doesnt feel proud nor the tree – yet continuously in service of others – oh man, why are you arrogant of your self-service or servicelessness

Jaya Guru Datta! Reminds me of the adage “Service to mankind is service to God”. Sri Swamiji’s love for every being in this creation is ineffable. It’s His love that brought Him to this planet in a human form. And since every being is His child, He wants us to serve others. MMS 303 said that the path of devotion demands that we love and serve all without hurting anyone. MMS 63 said that God gifted this life to serve Him. If serving others is serving Him, then it is also true that God gifted this life to serve others. True Puttuji, we spend lifetime after lifetime serving ourselves, serving illusory desires and goals. MMS 304 instructed us to seize every opportunity to serve others because that alone fulfills the purpose of life.
Swamiji, You have given me everything I need including a healthy body and mind. Please bless me to kill my ego so I can serve without bias and serve out of love. Obeisances at The Holy Lotus Feet!
By seeing today’s MMS , it is more or less linked with MMS 303 , 304, 317 and 320. Also I remember Appaji’s words saying that there is no virtue better than compassion. No disease is worse than greed. Therefore by seeing Appaji’ all these golden MSG , it is a lesson for us to share with others our knowledge especially in the spiritual path and not only that where ever possible we should give our help and service to them with out expecting anything in return from them. That is the real virtue. That is why Appaji says Manava seva is Madhava seva. Indirectly it means it is a service to our God by us. More over in this Kaliyuga we see our Appaji as the incarnation of Lord Datta and naturally , He is our God and what ever we do any service to others , it is considered as service toHim only. More over here I recollect in Sachchidananda unveiled Appaji says that service to Guru is service to God. Therefore when we do service to others means service to Him as well as to God. More over when we listen to Appaji’s various discourses we can notice that He always says don’t waste your time by idling and simply sitting and at the sametime do some service with in our capacity and share with others. This is equal to do service to Guru/ God. When we go to Ashram we can see this How the volunteers are doing their seva and indirectly they will get the blessings from Sadguru. In Mother’s creation in nature the Plannets , trees , plants and animals , how they are giving their service to humanbeing and that to with out excepting any thing in return from us. Accordingly , when we follow Appaji , it is our duty also to do service to others volunteerly and that is the real seva to Guru/ God. Thank you Appaji for this good teaching and we follow. JGD.

Jai Guru Datta! First in our daily email we read that Sevice to Guru is service to God. Now in this wonderful MMS we hear that service to others is service to God! Of course, God is Everywhere! No matter is we turn to the left or to the right there is some sort of service we can engage in and enjoy the enrapture! For service and seva help us unwrap the karmic bonds that bind us! Light surrounds us! We continue evolving to become the lotus blossom in Swamiji’s hand!
I love being a part of Swamiji’s worldwide missions of compassionate services to others as it allows me to help so many others who I would not have been able to touch the lives many years ago by my self. Thank you Swamiji for coming to get me on the other side of the globe and allowing me to partner with you in your national and international missions to Humanity and Mother Earth.

By their untiring examples, Swamiji and Bala Swamiji are demonstrating to us all, the importance of selfless service, service without expecting any personal comfort or profit. Swamiji can easily play his synthesizer to his heart’s content in the comfort of his own Guru Nilayam. Why does he take all the trouble of traveling to South Africa to perform there? What does he gain by it? Nothing. Thousands of listeners worldwide have been healed by the magic of his music. Bala Swamiji could easily relax at the ashram in the early hours of the day. Yet, he walks the streets of Hyderabad, loudly singing the glories of God, praying for world peace and universal welfare. What does he gain by it? Nothing. Peace and prosperity increase in the world.
