  2. Thank you Pujya Appaji for the lessons . The rhythmic inhalation and exhalation keeps all the hormones and enzymes in control such that at the outset a good health can be maintained . At the lower ages , the children need to practice it since it cannot be that effective if we start at later stages. That is why in the poster too a small boy is doing yoga since the body is highly flexible !! Pranams Appaji !!
