    Jaya Guru Datta. Thank You Puttuji for sharing Nadi Shuddhi Vyayamas with these detailed videos. Flexibility indeed gets better with sustained practice. These exercises clean the energy channels in the body and promote overall well being not only of the physical body, but also of the subtle body.
