    Jaya Guru Datta. Love this exercise. Swamiji instructs that we walk at least a kilometer each day. But, in case we are unable to get out for a walk, we could at least do this exercise right at home. It’s great for keeping our ankles and feet supple too. Thank You Puttuji.
