  1. {ekAkSharA : SHE is represented by AUM (praNavam); IkArarUpA : SHE who is known by the akShara ‘I’. Both expressions are extracts from the Lalitha Trishadi – 300 names of Lalitha}
Our scriptures have a wonderful way of communicating the omnipresence of the Divine Mother. She is Omnipresent.. in the world of beings, objects & sounds used to describe them. She is the primordial energy (Aum) that brings life into all of them. And, She empowers our cognition.. to see & appreciate her omnipresence.. in the inner & outer worlds.
When we listen, see & appreciate this perspective, we start respecting each other. We then buy into the concept of Vasudeva Kudumbakam
    Pranams Sathgurudeva!
You’re reminding us that people are to be loved & things are to be used. We need that reminder, because, in our sense driven self-centeredness, we love things & use people. How sinful?! Thanks a ton, for dispelling our ignorance. We follow you.

Jaya Guru Datta Appaji – wonderful and a weighing message. The universal brotherhood Appaji has been propagating across the globe in so many ways talks to this fact. We can easily map the inner meaning of the activities of Appaji to this universal need of the day. Thanks a lot Appaji

    Jai Guru Datta Puttuji_/\_!!
Beautiful MMS – shows the entire universe circumambulating around our Beloved Pujya Sadgurudeva. Pujya Sri Swamiji is watching all of our actions !! . We better beware and treat all His creations with respect, dignity, and selfless love. If we cannot do something good to others, we should definitely not hurt their feelings. This is a very strong reminder for all of us from Appaji.!!
“People are to be loved & things are to be used ” we will forever remember this Puttuji!!

    Jai Guru Datta Appaji _/\_!!
“Ya devi sarva bhutheshu Chitenya Rupena samstitha ”
Appaji, thank you for reiterating and correcting us when we head to the outside world and professional life. We will remember your words in the busiest of hustle and bustle. You are within each and every being We see You in All. You are ever compassionate. We will never hurt your feelings Sadgurudeva. You are very very precious to us!!
Heart to Heart:, Sri Bhaktimala Trust Pg 93 .
Sometimes Dattavatara Sadgurudeva teaches very difficult lessons. One autumn evening, Sri Swamiji dressed up as a leper after hearing that the ashramites had turned away a leper from the dining hall. Swamiji put on a wig and make-up and wrapped dirty bandages, no one could recognize Him. He limped up to the door of dining room in the dark and began to beg for food. The Cooks came out and when they saw that it was leper, they again asked the leper to leave the ashram. Pujya Sri Swamiji continued to beg for food, but they refused to feed Him. Sadgurudeva took off his wigs and rags and confronted the ashramites. They were shocked to see Sadgurudeva. Several began to cry as they realised their mistake. They begged Sri Swamiji’s forgiveness. Sri Swamiji scolded them, ordered them not to turn anyone without food, since all are God’s children and then forgave them.

I bow to your infinite compassion, and follow You !!.Sri Guru Datta !!Om Namo Hanumathe Namaha !!

    JGD Appaji
I can remember many instances where I have been hurtful and rude to others. I always regret these later..,only Appajis music is the panacea for controlling our inner enemies. By constant practice we realize that the instances where our inner enemies rule us is greatly reduced. One day, surely one day we will constantly and consistently see Him in everything. He is the creator of everything, and hence present in everything.

What a nice advice, Appaji has given today through this MMS 252. Here Appaji is reminding us that we are not mere objects. The Mother Goddess is omnipresent and bring life into all of them, including animals, birds and plants in this nature. Therefore we should realise other’s feelings and give love also when and where ever it is necessary. This is not only amoung the humanbeing , but also we have to show to animals, plants etc. Now the easiest way to develop this in this kaiyuga , is only through Sathsang for which we have to follow the spiritual path through our Sadguru. Here I remember Appaji’s first teaching to us is to say , Jai Guru Datta when we meet in the Ashram or any where or even when we talk over phone etc. By saying thisAppaji is every time reminding us that we are all in One family and that is Datta Family. There fore atlest we have to show our love amoung ourself and also share our feelings and give help where ever it is necessary, since our Datta Family is also not a small one. Appaji we are seeing all these qualities in You , by giving your selfless love not only for us but also to Birds, animals and plants etc. Therefore we also follow the same path. JGD.

Jaya Guru Datta! Swamiji looks like Lord Shiva in the MMS. Swamiji’s bhajan says “Unnadi Okade Shivude Ga”. All that really exists is Lord Shiva. There is nothing beyond Lord Shiva. When “Shiva” leaves the body, it becomes “Shava” (shava=corpse in Telugu language).

Everyone’s situation, experience and background are different. So, judging someone using our own standards would be wrong. Incidentally, I was reading Soul Adventures by Eve-Lyn Forbes where the narrator talks about her experience with Swamiji asking her to see Him in everything. It reiterates the fact that Swamiji is that Parabrahman that pervades everyone. Our experiences with people being favorable or unfavorable with us is a result of our own karmic balance. Puttuji keeps reminding us that man being the most intelligent of God’s creation enjoys a lot of luxuries, but also has the ability to feel and love. May we always show unselfish love to everyone around us. May we not judge people. Pranams at the Holy Lotus Feet!

  2. Sree Matre Namaha,The MMS sounds like a commandment from the Divine Mother Amba Bhavani whose eyes are full of concern& compassion,She appears to be unhappy at the way the world is behaving, including myself.Hey Mata give me the neccessary energy, patience&wisdom so that I do not discriminate and atleast I can try to live up to the expectations of my Sathguru, forgive me for my errors.JGD.

JGD Appaji – It took time for me to understand and once understood it has a good and important message to all human beings. We being a Datta Devotee we always follow the same but still it is a reminder for us not to go sideways at any point of time and do not hurt anyone knowingly or unknowingly – Thank you Puttuji for sending this type of messages and making us alert – SGD

    • Sarumati on February 7, 2013 at 1:23 pm

The story Mukund Mohan tells us about Sri Swamiji as a beggar is very nice.
Don`t we behave similar as the Ashramites?
In theory we relax and enjoy watching Dattatreya`s history film, everything is clear, we enjoy
laughing at the beggar that is afraid of Dattatreya in form of the rude man that has drunk too much.
But what in real life ? Don`t we shrink away from all that is not socialized ? I think so.
It`s so easy to have a good theory, praxis is another game … to see the spark in everyone is a challenge..
    Jai Guru Datta …

Jaya Guru Datta! Why do I forget this again and again. Oh Lord, oh Appaji, why am i so stupid and self-centered? The most amazing is that You love me and all of us unconditiongly! What a patience & compassion. Thank You for pushing me gently over and over on to the right path like a shepherd. Sri Guru Datta! Om namo hanumate namah

Fantastic message about how to respect and treat other humans in our life be it relatives, friends, colleague….. True every person is unique and special in their way because all of us are HIS creation and part of HIM. It is up to us as to how we utilise our merits in a positive way, else we are no one to judge or reject any one. May lord bless us all to visualise HIM in all living beings.
