Oh, dear Sadguru Deva! Your wondeful smile penetrates directly into my heart! While I look at this video again and again, my mind gets very peaceful and my heart is filled with happiness. You are so beautiful already without smiling. But when you smile, I find no words to describe your beauty and your radiance.
With my own smile I can give only a minite fraction of that happiness to other people. But still, it is worth doing it, and I will try to smile more often. to me personaly the heart is the essence of what a human being can be. I might be wrong and there may be much more, but what I want to say in this context is : a smile comes from the heart and a big heart has a big and cheerfull smile. I haven´t seen a smile wich is broader and more warming then that of our beloved Sadguru. To simply look at His smile, wich is full of bliss, compassion, beauty, innocence and wonder,transforms our hearts.

The other one I liked was Laughter is the best Medicine, from Readers digest.this column used to contain subtle humor. The often sad thing about Smile is it breaks out when some one is in discomfort.
.It is said that Face is the Index of the Mind, the thoughts that go in our mind reflect on the Face.When a smile breaks out indicates all is well.

JGD & SGD. His Holiness Sri Appaji said it rightly that a smile enhances the beauty of face and lightens mind. In fact 10 times more number of muscles have to contract to form a frown tough face. Less number of muscles need to produce a smile. That is why faces of always angry & tensed up people have more wrinkles and crow feet. Others stay away looking at the angry face. On the other hand, a smile welcomes others to smile back to begin with. You come across all advertisements- any product- showing Happy and smiling people- an endorsement that the product keeps the user Happy.

Our world is more and more a difficult place to live. We all have problems. But we shouldn’t walk the whole day with a face trist. There are always nice things around of us. We should see these things and be happy. Then we can smile. And when we smile, we begin to feel, that all these things so heavy become light-weight. And this not only for us: also other people begin to see the good things and begin also to smile. All people round of us feel better when we walk with a big smile through the life.
In today’s MMS, the photography itself shows how much happiness, we are getting from our Sadguru through His different types of smiling. The small six line Bhajan Datta Thereya has got great inner meaning as Puttuji , you have explained here. It is a fact that He is an ( Apada mitra). Our Appaji is being the incarnation of Lord Datta Himself, to my experience He has saved our family in1985 from a great distress which I cannot forget till the end of my life. ( Parma Pavithra) Appaji, Your divine smile itself enough for us to get energy to work and to do the day to day activities in the proper way. ( Karunarasatra) Appaji’s heart is like a flower and thereby He is so kind enough to give love and affection to us like a Father, and like a Mother which Iam really experiencing. Therefore the Bhajan is very apt to the MSG. Appaji by seeing your smiling face we forget all our worries. Jaya Guru Datta. Appaji is always smiling, even with so much work and so much responsibility of PROTECTING all the beings (not just the people nor just the devotees). His work schedule transcends geographies, time zones, schedules and worlds and what not…
Then, what is the problem for us to keep smiling? We are definitely not hoarding as much responsibility as His Holiness is – I also read at a lot of places that smiling is the simplest thing that can make up people. Lets keep smiling and emulating our role model, our own Appaji.
