    Jaya Guru Datta. Pranams to the master of all Yogis, Sri Swamiji. The Nadi Shuddhi Vyayamas are quite amazing. They are a simple set of exercises suitable for all ages, but they do rejuvenate you and make you fresh. A lot of people have reported relief from joint pains and certain ailments even. The body is a wonderful machine created by God, but it does need regular exercise and upkeep. Thank You Swamiji for the miraculous Nadi Shuddhi Vyayamas. Pranams at the Holy Lotus Feet.
